Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Domestic and international shipping are available.
Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged in transit and delivery.

No cancellations, no returns, no refunds.

International taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for jewellery pieces that tarnish or break.

Purchases
Take note
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase.
You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order.

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, Raine's Gems is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address.
Once your order is confirmed, we are not obliged to make any changes or cancellations.

All prices quoted on the Website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
The international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary.
Any promo codes can only be applied at the time of sale, not after.
Purchase + Payment

We will attend to your order and endeavour to finalise your purchase as soon as we can.
This is to give each and every one of our customers a customised shopping experience as each and every item is one of its kind & is not for a mass market.

After finalising your product, payment methods available are Bank Transfer, Paynow, Paypal and Cash on Delivery.
(Cash on Delivery is only applicable for domestic purchases)

Processing of orders
Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business.
Orders that require shipping are considered fulfilled when the business gives the shipment to a shipping carrier service.

Raine's Gems processing time is around 3-7 Singapore business days.
​
Please keep in mind that each jewellery piece is handmade.

For custom-made items, please allow up to 10 business days.
​
Certain items are noted to have different processing times.

Delays may occur when ordering around promotional sale events and holidays.
